Great place to buy an RV, camper or toyhauler! Clay Adams helped us out and was the best! No pushy salesman here! They are all about customer service and will treat you right! We had been to several RV dealers shopping for a travel trailer and then saw Used RVS For Sales on our way home so stopped in to see what they might have and are very glad we did. The whole transaction was pleasant and low pressure from the get-go! Clay kept in touch with us throughout the process letting us know how the financing was going, status of the make ready and parts order. They had our new (used) 2020 camper all cleaned up and looking nearly new! We cannot say enough good things about these guys!
We had a bunch of issues with our new toyhauler on our first outing. Some were “normal” issues when sorting out a new RV, but some were design issues with the manufacturer. It took some time, but Clay at Used RVS For Sales worked with the manufacturer to address some of the problems under warranty, and also just went ahead and fixed the other issues rather than drag the process out. We’ve been out twice since the repairs and everything is working great!

Customer service is amazing. Roy and his team at the Texas location made purchasing an RV an amazing experience. They were patient with us, no pressure, they were extremely knowledgeable about RV’s, friendly and respectful. His team did a legitimate walk through of the camper, making sure we had a good understanding of the unit before driving away. They have since answered our calls to help walk us through figuring out some of the newer features of the RV we purchased. We will definitely do all our future business through Roy and his team!
We took our 2020 Toy Hauler in for a roof repair. The roof membrane was pulling out form under the molding, requiring patching or replacement. Even though our trailer was outside the 12 month warranty period and we are second owners Kenny, at Dallas, TX location, submitted a warranty claim to the Forest River manufacturer in Rialto California. The response from Forest River was to have the “customer call them”. We did and Forest River customer service offered to replace the roof free of charge if we would drive the trailer out to them. We are very pleased with Kenny, Used RVS For sales, and Forest River’s support and customer service.

We originally went to look at a used toy hauler but weren’t totally sold on it. Robbie showed us a new Vortex by Genesis and were sold on it immediately.
There was no high pressure sales, totally up front about everything. They gave us a fair price for the new 5th wheel and a fair trade in value for our class A diesel pusher.
We probably spent 2 1/2 hours doing the walk through and all of the staff were very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and were very patient as we were new to having a 5th wheel.
